Upon arrival I was greeted by Jacob who welcomed me with a warm smile and reassurance as I was a bit nervous. Steph then came out to welcome me, I instantly felt at ease and comfortable as she was thorough and had such a warmth about her. Alopecia has made it difficult for me to have ‘normal’ eyebrows, so after Steph applying a combination of ombré and micro blading, my eyebrows look fantastic. I couldn’t be more happy.
