Ok but… Which technique should I choose?

Microblading

Best for: Normal to dry skin. Clients wanting a very natural, hair-stroke look. Fuller brows with minimal gaps to begin with
Skin Types: Dry to normal (NOT oily). Smaller pores = better results
Age: Typically early 20s–late 30s (skin still holds crisp strokes well)
Not ideal if you: Have oily or porous skin. Want a defined or makeup-style brow. Have previous tattoo that’s blurred or saturated

Ombré

Best for: Anyone who likes a soft, filled-in look. Long-lasting, low-maintenance results. Clients who regularly fill in their brows
Skin Types: ALL skin types (especially oily or mature skin)
Age: All ages, especially 30+ where skin needs more structure
Perfect if you: Like a soft front + defined tail. Want longevity and less fading. Have sparse or uneven brows

Combination Brows (Microblading + Ombré)

Best for: Clients who want both natural + defined. The most popular “balanced” look.
Skin Types: Normal to slightly combination (not extremely oily).
Age: Early 20s – mid 40s is the sweet spot.
Perfect if you: Want hair strokes at the front, but still want depth and definition through the body.

Nanoblading (Machine Hair Strokes)

Best for: Ultra realistic, fine hair strokes. Clients who want a softer, more advanced version of microblading.
Skin Types: Normal to Oily skin types (mature skin with lots of fine lines should opt for Ombre only or Nano Combination).
Age: 20’s – 70’s – dependant on skin quality.
Why choose this: Less trauma to the skin vs microblading. Better retention in more skin types. More precise, finer strokes.

Nano Combination (Nanoblading + Ombré)

Best for: The most versatile + premium result. Clients who want realism + structure + longevity
Skin Types: Most skin types (including slightly oily, mature)
Age: All ages – especially ideal for long-term wear
Perfect if you: Want natural strokes AND soft shading. Want brows that age better over time. Are unsure → this is the safest, most adaptable option

your questions, our answers

Results typically last 3-5 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you care for your brows.

There is a touch up session that we schedule 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. In this appointment we refine and fine tune your brows.

As for filling them in day to day – before your touch up session you may need to (as they heal up about 30-40% lighter), but after your touch up, you won’t need to touch the brow pencil at all!

Most clients experience minimal discomfort as a numbing cream is applied before and during the procedure. Sensitivity varies from person to person.

Your Brow Expert will go over the full aftercare process with you in treatment, but here’s a quick breakdown:

  • After the treatment, you’ll just have to blot your brows dry for the first 1-2 hours.
  • For the first week – morning and night – wipe them clean with a damp cotton pad.
  • Avoid using any makeup over or around the brow area for the first 14 days. Avoid excess steam, and water. No swimming.
  • Over the next few days, your brows may dry out and flake. DO NOT PICK AT YOUR BROWS.
This will prolong the healing process and you may risk picking out the ink with the scab! Resulting in patchy brows.
  • Day 3 & 4 post treatment you can apply a small amount of Grapeseed Oil (given to you in your aftercare kit). This helps speed up the skin’s healing process.
  • After scabs have fallen off, your brows will go into a ghost phase. This is where they will look slightly patchy until the skin has fully healed (2 weeks). Once the skin has healed, the colour of your brow tattoo comes back through.
  • Once the scabs are off, you can apply makeup to the area if required.

Yes! Your artist will work with you to design a brow shape and color that complements your natural features and preferences.

You’ll have the opportunity to express your brow goals and alter any part of your brow shape prior to tattooing.

Those who are:

  • Pregnant
  • Breastfeeding
  • Prone to keloids
  • Have a compromised immune system
  • Suffer from Lupus
  • Have undertaken any Chemotherapy in the last 6 months (need approval letter from doctor)
  • Have diabetes (need approval letter from doctor)
  • On Accutane treatment

Your artist will carefully design your brows with your approval before tattooing. Minor adjustments can be made during a touch-up session after healing.

Some people experience what we call in the industry ‘Brow Shock’. This usually occurs when the client who isn’t used to seeing themselves with perfect brows, does for the first time. But rest assured, this is part of the healing process. Remember that your brows will heal about 30-40% lighter, and they will reduce in size as well (swelling sometimes does occur during treatment).

A non-refundable $100 booking fee is required to secure your booking. This fee will be deducted from the cost of the service at your appointment.

When you schedule an appointment with us, you reserve a time in our busy calendar, which means that time slot is unavailable for others. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance or fail to show up, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

PLEASE NOTE if you choose to get a service that requires less amount of time than what you have booked in for you will still be required to pay the full amount for the originally chosen appointment time on the day.

Occasionally, unexpected things come up for us too! If that happens, we may need to swap your preferred team member with another skilled beauty artist.

Our artists reserve the right to refuse or stop your service (even mid-treatment) should we feel that there is any form of danger to us or disrespectful/hateful speech is being used toward us.
