Skin Types: Best suited to firm, smooth eyelid skin. Suitability is assessed during consultation, as some skin types may not retain crisp detailing as well.

Age: Best suited to clients whose eyelid skin can comfortably support a defined wing design. Age itself isn’t the deciding factor – skin condition and eye shape are.

No – this is not a wing or visible liner. The pigment is placed within the lash line to create the illusion of thicker, darker lashes.

Nope! Most people won’t know what you’ve done – they’ll just notice your eyes look more defined and “put together,” even without makeup.

Absolutely. This treatment is very popular with men because it enhances the eyes without looking like makeup. It simply adds natural definition.

Yes! It’s one of the best treatments for lighter lashes. By adding depth at the lash line, it creates contrast that mascara normally would, without needing to wear anything daily.

Results typically last 2-3 years, gradually softening over time. A touch-up is required 6–8 weeks after your initial appointment.

Minimal. You may experience slight swelling or sensitivity for 24-48 hours, but most clients return to normal activities straight away. Just keep the area clean of all makeup and skincare for the first 7 days!

Most clients are surprised by how comfortable it is. It’s a relatively quick treatment and we use a high-quality numbing agent to keep you relaxed throughout the treatment.

A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to secure your booking. This fee will be deducted from the cost of the service at your appointment.

When you schedule an appointment with us, you reserve a time in our busy calendar, which means that time slot is unavailable for others. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance or fail to show up, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

PLEASE NOTE if you choose to get a service that requires less amount of time than what you have booked in for you will still be required to pay the full amount for the originally chosen appointment time on the day.

Occasionally, unexpected things come up for us too! If that happens, we may need to swap your preferred team member with another skilled beauty artist. We hope that’s cool!

Our artists reserve the right to refuse or stop your service (even mid-treatment) should we feel that there is any form of danger to us or disrespectful/hateful speech is being used toward us.
