A non-refundable $50 deposit may be required to secure your booking. This fee will be deducted from the cost of the service at your appointment.

When you schedule an appointment with us, you reserve a time in our busy calendar, which means that time slot is unavailable for others. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance or fail to show up, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

PLEASE NOTE if you choose to get a service that requires less amount of time than what you have booked in for you will still be required to pay the full amount for the originally chosen appointment time on the day.

Occasionally, unexpected things come up for us too! If that happens, we may need to swap your preferred team member with another skilled beauty artist. We hope that’s cool!

Our artists reserve the right to refuse or stop your service (even mid-treatment) should we feel that there is any form of danger to us or disrespectful/hateful speech is being used toward us.

Once you schedule your appointment, in your confirmation email there’s a “Reschedule Appointment” button. This link remains active until 48 hours prior to your appointment. From here, you can choose your new preferred date & time!

There is plenty of free on-street parking – however if your appointment exceeds 1-2 hours, you can also park at Coles (50 metres down the road).

At BOCAJ Beauty, we prioritize creating a safe and serene environment, which is why our space is not suitable for babies or children.
We understand that arranging childcare can be challenging, but we kindly ask that children not be brought along to ensure the best possible experience for all our clients.
