BOOKINGS/SERVICES

When you schedule an appointment with us, you reserve a time in our busy calendar, which means that time slot is unavailable for others. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance or fail to show up, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. If you have paid in full in advance, you will forfeit this. Last minute reschedules are still considered a cancellation. *NOTE* If you change your mind on the day to get a service that requires less time than what you have originally booked in for, you will still be required to pay the full amount for your original chosen appointment on the day, as now one of our Artists has a gap that could’ve been taken by another client. If you’d like to change part of your service, you must let us know at least 48 hours prior.

Occasionally, unexpected things come up for us too! If that happens, we may need to swap your preferred team member with another skilled beauty artist. We hope that’s cool!
For all wedding and large group bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount quoted will be required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to your event date.
Our artists reserve the right to refuse or stop your service (even mid-treatment) should we feel that there is any danger or disrespectful/hateful speech being used.

Deposits are strictly NON REFUNDABLE.

PRODUCTS

Please keep your digital receipt for proof of purchase. Exchanges or refunds can be offered within 14 days of purchase/delivery. Items that are to be exchanged must be in their original, undamaged and unopened packaging, fit for resale. Refunds will only be offered in the case of an allergy, or a fault in product. To be able to process your exchange/return, we require an order number or receipt number for proof of purchase. BOCAJ Beauty is not liable for shipping costs to refund/exchange items. Once your product is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days. Unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
