If you have lash extensions, no dramas! We will carefully work around them.

We have carefully curated a kit with over 30+ brands. We don’t believe that one particular brand has THE perfect product in every category, so we have invested in specific products and expansive training into each product that is applied on a client, to ensure their needs are met, and they won’t have to worry about fading, transferring, or flashback in flash photography.

Absolutely! In your booking form we ask you to list everything that you are sensitive to or have allergies to (food and medications included) so that way we can choose products that won’t flare up any skin conditions or allergies.

Yes! We travel out to clients for Makeup Services for bookings of 4 people or more.

From there, we will be able to draw up a quote for you and run through any other details or questions you may have.

A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to secure your booking. This fee will be deducted from the cost of the service at your appointment.

When you schedule an appointment with us, you reserve a time in our busy calendar, which means that time slot is unavailable for others. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance or fail to show up, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

PLEASE NOTE if you choose to get a service that requires less amount of time than what you have booked in for you will still be required to pay the full amount for the originally chosen appointment time on the day.

Occasionally, unexpected things come up for us too! If that happens, we may need to swap your preferred team member with another skilled beauty artist. We hope that’s cool!

Our artists reserve the right to refuse or stop your service (even mid-treatment) should we feel that there is any form of danger to us or disrespectful/hateful speech is being used toward us.
