Our signature Keratin Lash Lift treatment was created to address a common concern we hear from clients: the damaging effects often associated with traditional lash lifts. These issues can leave lashes brittle, dry, and prone to breakage.

At BOCAJ Beauty, our goal is to help you achieve stunning, lifted lashes while keeping them healthy and strong—free from the risk of damage or inconsistency.

We achieve this by using Keratin-infused products and finishing the treatment with a nourishing Keratin Serum, which works like a leave-in conditioner for your Lashes! This process infuses your lashes with hydration and nutrients, ensuring they stay healthy, soft, and beautiful.

• Please come to your appointment without any eye makeup, especially mascara.
• Avoid using any harsh exfoliants, retinols/retinoids, or AHAs/BHAs around your brows for a week prior to your appointment.
• Remove contact lenses.
• Avoid curling your natural lashes for at least 24 hours prior to treatment.
• Clients with an eye infection, like pink eye, need to wait until it has cleared prior to treatment.

Yes you can! You probably won’t need to for the first few days, if you do choose to wear Mascara you will need to wait until 48 hours after your service.

Nope, the treatment is completely painless. You will have your eyes closed for about 45 minutes, and although it may feel a little strange being unable to open your eyes for this time, it does offer you a chance to relax during the treatment.

We recommend 8 weeks in between Lash Sculpt treatments. The reason for this is because up until the 7 week mark, your lashes will still have product through them, and we don’t ever want to compromise lash integrity or risk damaging your lashes!

Do not get your lashes wet for 48 hours. This is because the solutions used during the procedure continue to work on the hairs for up to 48 hours post treatment.

• Are on Isotretinoin or Accutane
• Steroids or prednisone
• Taking medication for an autoimmune disease (incl. lupus)
• Have sunburn, psoriasis, eczema, or other chronic skin diseases in the area of treatment
• Pimples in the area of treatment
• Recent laser skin treatments, surgical peels, or microdermabrasion, rosacea or very sensitive skin in the area of waxing.
• Are allergic to Tint & Dyes

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This fee will be deducted from the cost of the service at your appointment.

When you schedule an appointment with us, you reserve a time in our busy calendar, which means that time slot is unavailable for others. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance or fail to show up, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

PLEASE NOTE if you choose to get a service that requires less amount of time than what you have booked in for you will still be required to pay the full amount for the originally chosen appointment time on the day.

Occasionally, unexpected things come up for us too! If that happens, we may need to swap your preferred team member with another skilled beauty artist. We hope that’s cool!

Our artists reserve the right to refuse or stop your service (even mid-treatment) should we feel that there is any form of danger to us or disrespectful/hateful speech is being used toward us.
