Due to social distancing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, please allow an additional 1-2 days for order processing and up to 14 business days for shipping, subject to change.

Please allow at least 1-3 business days for your order to process.
All orders made on weekends will be shipped out the following Monday.


Australia:

Shipping in Australia is a flat rate cost of $8.
Shipping in Australia may take between 2-14 business days.

All Australian orders come with tracking which will be emailed to you after we have fulfilled your order & shipped your parcel.
Please allow 1 business day for tracking to become available.

International Shipping:

International shipping (no tracking) is a flat rate cost of $10.
Shipping with this service may take between 7-20 business days.

International Express shipping (with tracking) is a flat rate cost of $15.
Shipping with this service may take between 5-14 business days.

Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing if your order is placed on an Australian public holiday.
Customs clearance & international shipping delays are not inclusive of the above shipping dates and therefore may take longer according to your country's security policies.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

In the very rare occasion that you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service by sending an email to info@bocajbeauty.com stating your order number and including pictures of the damaged item up to 7 days post delivery.

I've changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Due to health & safety regulations, we do not allow exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Please note:

Our lashes are all handmade, so please allow for minor discrepancies. This discrepancy is not categorised as a faulty/damaged lash. All lashes are thoroughly checked-over prior to shipment to ensure quality control and consistency is upheld.

Shipping rates are covered by customers.

Glue adhesive is not included with purchase of lashes. This can be purchased here.
