All orders made on weekends will be shipped out the following Monday.
Shipping in Australia is a flat rate cost of $8.
Orders over $70 will qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping in Australia may take between 2-14 business days.
All Australian orders come with tracking which will be emailed to you after we have fulfilled your order & shipped your parcel.
Please allow 1 business day for tracking to become available.
Standard International shipping (no tracking) is a flat rate cost of $10.
Shipping with this service may take between 7-20 business days.
Priority International shipping (with tracking) is a flat rate cost of $15.
Shipping with this service may take between 5-14 business days.
Orders over $100 will qualify for free standard shipping.
Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing if your order is placed on an Australian public holiday.
Customs clearance & international shipping delays are not inclusive of the above shipping dates and therefore may take longer according to your country's security policies.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
I've changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Due to Australian Occupational Health & Safety regulations, we do not allow exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Our 30 day money back guarantee is only applicable for faulty or damaged items.
Our lashes are all handmade, so please allow for minor discrepancies. This discrepancy is not categorised as a faulty/damaged lash. All lashes are thoroughly checked-over prior to shipment to ensure quality control and consistency is upheld.
