How to use

Using your Argan Eye Pencil, smudge a little under the bottom lash line, with a smudging motion use an angle brush to get that strong sharp eyeliner look - join it up to your top outer lash line and VOILA!

Look straight ahead into a mirror so you get symmetry for both eyes.
